Please join us for the annual QG ski trip February 15th-16th, 2026!
Open to all K-8 current QG staff/families, experienced, or new to the sport!
DEADLINE to Register/Pay is January 14th, 2026 12pm.
Lodging Cost: $160 for 1 night’s lodging (2/15/26) (4 persons max occupancy) at Holiday Inn Express Boone, breakfast included.
*There must be at least 1 adult 21 years of age or older in each room.
Ski/Snowboard Cost: $40/per person. Your choice of skiing or snowboarding on Monday (2/16/25) at Appalachian Ski Mtn, includes parking, equipment rental, helmet, lift ticket &
1hour lesson (mandatory for all QG students regardless of skill level)

Due to group rate/discount pricing any cancellations must be
made by 1/14/26 to receive a refund.
NO REFUNDS AFTER 1/14/2026.
Sunday night please join us in the hotel conference room for a family fun night! We’ll be serving pizza and drinks and have crafts for the kiddos! There are also several restaurants within walking distance. Lunch is available for purchase at the ski lodge, or you can bring your own if desired.
*Please note the ski resort is entirely CASHLESS! ATM on site, bring card.

Chaperones: Each family is responsible for chaperoning their own children at the hotel and the ski lodge or appointing a designated adult in their absence. All chaperones must be 21 years of age or older. QG organizers are not chaperones and are watching their own children.
Space is limited to 100 participants, don’t miss out!
