It is time again to start working toward our goal on our Schoolwide Fundraiser, with some exciting changes this year. We are partnering with Booster again this year to help collect funds. If you had an account last year, you should be able to use that same login this year, www.mybooster.com.
K-2 scholars who raise $5 or more will have the Bubble Run this year, with lots of good times and DJ Rachel. All scholars in grades 3-8 who have a minimum of $5 donated will be able to participate in the Color Run!
Our goal for each scholar is to raise $100 to help us meet our overall goal of $76,000. There is no better investment than your child’s education and there are so many people in your child’s life who want to support them. Don’t be afraid to ask! Booster’s platform makes it really easy to share the donation link with family and friends, create a fun video to share on Facebook, and more!
To Do:
1. Register your scholar(s) on mybooster.com
2. Check out the helpful instructional videos on sharing your site, donating, etc.
3. Share that link to start earning!
4. Ask if your employer donates or matches donations. Booster has a Corporate Matching feature built in to make this easy!
5. Incentives can be earned up until the day of the run on 10/22 so keep those donations coming in!
6. Mark your calendar for the Fun Run on October 22:
- K-2 Bubble Run: 10:00-10:45
- 3-5 Color Run: 12:45-1:30
- 6-8 Color Run: 1:45-2:30
7. Sign up to volunteer with your child’s event
Incentives
There are some fun incentives for classes and individuals who are successful in meeting their goals such as pizza parties, ice cream, goody bags, and participation in the amazing bubble and color runs.
*Earned incentives will be delivered to students AFTER the Fun Run. The expected date will be communicated in the future.
